انطلاقا من رسالة مكتب الجوائز بالجامعة في تقديم كافة وسائل الدعم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة في الترشح للجوائز، نهيب بأعضاء هيئة التدريس من جميع كليات الجامعة، والراغبين في الترشح لجوائز الجامعة التقديرية والتشجيعية 2023 في مجالاتها المتنوعة
يتعين على الراغبين في الترشح السرعة في استيفاء جميع المتطلبات والإجراءات اللازمة، وتعبئة البيانات المطلوبة على قاعدة بيانات الجامعة المخصصة للجوائز. وذلك في موعد أقصاه 15 ديسمبر 2023
مع ضرورة مراعاة استيفاء ما يلي :
1. خطاب الترشيح معتمد من الكلية.
2. ارفاق الإفادة باستيفاء المتقدم لتعبئة البيانات على موقع الجامعة للجوائز.

3. استيفاء جميع نماذج واستمارات الجوائز الموجودة بدليل جامعة عين شمس للجوائز التقديرية والتشجيعية
4. استيفاء جميع الشروط و المرفقات المطلوبة للجوائز
كما يسعد مكتب الجوائز تقديم الدعم الفني والإجابة عن أية استفسارات خلال عملية الترشح للجوائز،

Important announcement for faculty staff wishing to apply for the University’s Appreciation and Incentive Awards 2023

Based on the mission of the University Awards Office to provide all means of support to faculty staff and teaching assistants in nominations for awards, we call on faculty staff from all university faculties who wish to nominate for the University Appreciation and Incentive Awards 2023 in their various fields.
Those wishing to nominate must quickly complete all necessary requirements and procedures, and fill out the required data on the university’s database designated for the awards. No later than December 15, 2023
It is necessary to complete the following:
1. Nomination letter approved by the faculty.
2. Attach a statement that the applicant has completed the information on the university’s awards website.

3. Complete all award forms and formats in the Ain Shams University guide for Appreciation and Incentive awards
4. All conditions and attachments required for the awards are met
